PROJECT 3
Space and Sensory: Self - Exploration through Spaces [Sensory Space]
In this project, the task was to re-examine the model(s) from Project 1 and transform it into a sequence of Sensorial Spaces, collectively encapsulating a total volumetric boundary of 30m³. The objective is to anticipate and enhance the user's journey, focusing on the interplay of experience and emotion. The spatial narrative is to be translated into an architectural journey defined by the elements of path, portal, and place. The culmination involves the meticulous development of the sensorial experience within this "path-portal-place," guided by design principles, structural considerations, materiality, anthropometry, ergonomics, and an overarching architectural narrative. This journey is elucidated through the creation of multiple test models and drawings, providing a comprehensive exploration of the envisioned sensorial spaces.
